Do you have a Utah driver license or ID?


You have indicated that you do not have a Utah Driver License or ID. You can register to vote by doing any the following:

  • Submitting a paper voter registration form (link opens a new window) to your county clerk.  The form must be postmarked at least 30 days before the election.
  • Registering to vote at your county clerk’s office at least 7 days before the election.
  • Registering to vote at a polling location on Election Day or at an early voting location. Make sure to bring valid ID and proof of residence.

If you would like to register to vote online, you must first change the address of your driver license or ID here (link opens a new window). After you change your address, you can register to vote at voter.utah.gov (link opens a new window).

If you do not want to register to vote online, you can register to vote by doing any of the following:
