MISSING ENDANGERED: Joshua was last seen in Ogden Utah. He has multiple tattoos. Tattoos on both hands between thumb and index finger, right forearm with the saying “what you give me is what you get 3 x” and 2 linear burn scars on the inside of his left forearm.
