Information about the Provisional Concealed Firearm Permit
An applicant for a Utah Provisional concealed firearm permit must be at least 18 years old and no older than 20 years old.
An applicant for a Utah Provisional concealed firearm permit must take the concealed firearm permit course from one of the BCI certified instructors. Click here to see a list of these instructors.
Applications for the Utah Provisional concealed firearm permit cannot be accepted by BCI until May 9, 2017. Applications received prior to May 9, 2017 will be returned to the applicant.
