Unidentified Male Grand County 1996
Contact Grand County Sheriffs Office 435-259-8115. An adult male was found floating in the Colorado River. He was fully dressed in clothes not normally worn for water-related activities. His fingerprints were run in 1996 and 2012 with no matches. He had a tattoo of a Heart with unidentifiable central markings on the lateral aspect of the left upper arm. He also had papers in his pocket for SS benefits from Colorado. He was in the area of Colorado River near the Westwater. He was wearing Short sleeve striped shirt, Dark corduroy pants, Belt, Socks and a Wilson digital watch
